OUR VALUES

Giving heritage a sustainable future

Preserving our heritage and adapting it for the future is important to us. Old buildings give people pleasure, connecting us to our history, events and memories.

The support of heritage skills – Many of our old buildings were constructed to a level of skill and quality that is hard to replicate.  We actively support the development and patronage of skilled heritage crafts so that they are preserved into the future. We like to integrate and promote heritage skills and training opportunities into our projects, particularly in trying to engage young people in developing an interest in the heritage industry.

Helping communities thrive – We believe that old buildings should be used and enjoyed. Using our creative design skills, we can suggest new uses for forgotten spaces to help invigorate buildings and the communities that use them
